Day one
I did back exercises this morning. I still need to do something aerobic, but I am going to try to do back strenthening things every day. My back goes in cycles and it will be good for a while and then really bad. My goal this week is to work on my back every day. If I do extra things that will be a bonus. I am off for spring break so I have no excuse.

Good job Aunty Ann! You have to start somewhere. I worked out today too! I did aerobics for half an hour. My goal is to exercise for an hour a day eventually, but I'm going to start with baby steps.
Greg and I walked for over an hour on Friday on the bike path. It was awesome (we were on a date, so it was even more awesome). It made remember how much I enjoy walking outside in the spring. Now is a good time to get jump started on exercise!
