A Mini Goal

I, too, am going to go out in the open with a goal to try to help motivate me a little bit more. I'm starting out with just a mini goal because I know that the next couple of months are going to be quite busy and stressful for us. I would like to lose 5 pounds by Graduation (May 22). I've got about a month, which should be plenty of time to reach that goal - so I'm going to do it!

Good for you Deanna. You guys do have a busy, stressful time ahead. For me stress is one of those things that makes me crave bad food. If I am to lose 20 lbs. by the end of July I will need to keep pace with you. Good luck.
