I had a very nice day with Mom today as we worked to take more than 4 inches out of some of her clothes. We talked about what I think my weight loss problems are and aren't.
I decided that I will add a new goal this week. I will keep exercising 5 times a week (this week I have only missed Thur.) and I will add 2 things.
I will drink at least 48 oz. of water every day. I am terrible at drinking water consistently. I have gotten so that I enjoy water but I don't make a conscience effort to measure what I drink.
I will also make sure that I take my pills every day. I recently ran out of Thyroid and it took me 5 days to get more. Then I get tired and don't work as hard as I would otherwise.
I'll be sure to report again next week.

Good for you Ann. I am so proud of you. I think this blog is a great idea. I think it is really going to help me. I think you are taking a good approach, not measuring by pounds, but by healthy habits. Maybe we will all need someone to take inches out of our clothes soon.

Auntie Ann, I love the blog. Everyone could use a little more fitness in their lives.

Somehow I didn't either get the invite or didn't get added properly, so I can't really post.

Also, if you are interested, I can program the blog so that each person automatically posts in a different font (like our blog) so that it's easier to tell who is posting.
