Truth
It is usally true that when we don't write it is because we are not working. I have not been doing so well. My only exercise has really been walking Allie to and from pre-school on Thursdays. I have continued to try to be more active, but not often or long enough. I got some 15 minute workouts from a McDonald's booth at UEA yesterday and am determined to do those at least 5 times a week. Today is day 1. I did the cardio workout today. I have also been trying to drink better again - no, not the hard stuff just water. It is amazing how much better that makes me feel and yet how hard it can be. I have stayed at my 15 pound loss but hope to pick that up soon. Thanks for caring and sharing!

Mcdonald's has a workout program? Now that is irony! You will have to let me know if you like them. Good luck. 15 lbs is a great start. Hang in there! You can do it!
If nothing else, at least you didn't gain any back. Good luck getting back into working out!
