So, where is everyone?
Hi there. I keep hoping someone else will post. I feel like a blog hog. Well, things in the weight loss department have seemed to slow down. I still have eight more pounds to lose by the end of October. It seems to be coming off slower. I have changed my routine a bit. I have been walking with a friend most weekdays instead of doing the treadmill, but I don't think it gives me the same results. It's more enjoyable though. Also, it seems there has been a lot of extra fun stuff where there is a lot of yummy food available, like my birthday for example, and Ben's birthday this coming week. It seems I will hover for a couple of weeks and then drop 3-5 pounds. It is different. I just want those pounds to come off faster. I feel like I still have so much I want to lose, it is easy to get discouraged. I mean, I am totally happy that I have gotten more than 30 lbs. off, but it is hard to think there are at least 30 more that I want to go as well. I need some good dinner ideas too. I just get tired of small portions all the time. I also have a hard time at finding a grain that has at least 3 grams of fiber when it comes to dinner. Anyway, just thought I would check in. Is anybody out there? Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?

OK, I have been a slacker, I will post soon. I have taken off about 1/2 of your loss and have about 10 times more to go.
