Consistency

Well, I have been exercising, just not consistenly. One thing that will help is that I got new running shoes. I had to stop running for a little while because my heels hurt so bad, but these new running shoes help a lot. My goal is almost the same as Aunty's Ann. I need to run all five days this week and not just pick and choose what days I want to run. Wish me luck!

New shoes are always helpful. Rick can really feel the difference when his shoes start wearing out. Good luck with your 5 days. I have one down ... 4 to go.

You guys have good goals. I didn't even know that you liked to run. Are you running outside or inside on a treadmill. Good luck.

I would not say that I like to run, more that I like the effects of running. I run outside, because we do not have a treadmil. I still don't run very far though. I'll start adding more distance when I get better at it!
